Crockpot Creamy Curried Chicken

This week I have challenged myself to make dinner in the crockpot each night. So the first meal that I made for last night's dinner was Creamy Curried Chicken. It turned out really good! At first I wasn't sure if my son would like it but he ate his entire plate and said that he liked the flavor! Phew!! I served it over white rice, that was cooked in my rice cooker, along with a side of aparagus. So here is the recipe.

Creamy Curried Chicken

Ingredients:
4-6 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of mayo
1-2 Tbsp of curry powder
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Place frozen chicken into crockpot then season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix mayo, soup and curry powder in seperate bowl. Mix well and then pour over chicken.
3. Turn on crockpot to low for 4-6 hours.
4. Serve over rice and enjoy!!

This is super easy and very yummy!!!
